Excellent. Efficient and caring team.

can't fetch incidents, can't report because it won't accept my post code. why was this ever released in this state?

Did not work in any shape or form

Justin Whittaker

Reports that postcode is not found.

Ed Mund

Exactly as other reported, it doesn't recognise my address, that has been here for 300 years. The help line to report my power cut were very efficient, time for a p45 for whoever developed this app. Think WPD should stick to electric and leave the IT to those in IT..

matthew Simmonds

When you need it to work it doesn't. Absolute trash of an app. Can't fault the engineer's who are out there in all weather's 24/7 Five stars to them.

Gareth Trezise

Sitting in cold and dark, app could not locate, could not recognise correct post code or phone number. Tried website but nothing on maps to help. Eventually found a relevant recorded message, but trying to report an outage was hopeless. Someone must have suceeded; not, I would guess, via the app.

Dreadful app. Doesn't recognise location, including postcode.

Andrew Knight

Both my home and work postcodes are not recognised. App is absolutely useless and doesn't deserve 1 star. Baffling as the website used to work perfect

Callum Goldthorpe

Can't register it keeps saying no internet connection.
